Entering our 5th decade (and their 10th!), founders Charlie & Weezie Baker come in regularly to volunteer and attend board meetings, fundraisers and special events. Says Weezie, “When we started Baker, we weren’t sure it would be going strong 40 years later, but we hoped it would! There is still such need.” Observes Charlie, “So many people have nowhere to work, nowhere to go, and we provide an answer.” Both are counting on Baker Industries to continue helping people in need across our community for many years to come. Justin Baker, Charlie & Weezie’s son and our first hire, successfully worked at Baker Industries for more than 30 years!
