For seven years, Rich Bevan has led Baker Industries during an important evolution in its mission. Under his leadership, Baker has made significant investments in training, workshop content, on-site coaching, facilities and equipment all to increase participants job readiness. He will be missed by all! Joining Baker as its new president is Nicholas Watson. Nic has a strong background in non-profit leadership and track record of innovation that will take Baker’s community engagement and job readiness to the next level of effectiveness.
