| An important and unusual feature of Baker is the fact that alumni of the program make up 70% of our current staff.
Such key jobs as General Manager, Production Manager in Philadelphia and Production Assistant and Shipper in Malvern—these are among 15 staff positions filled by program alumni.
Unlike many nonprofits, which are staffed by social workers, Baker's Management Team is comprised of small business people with a strong dedication and commitment to our mission. |
