Chamber Celebrates Baker Industries with 16th Annual Profile Awards Dinner
The Great Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce held their Awards Dinner onThursday March 9, 2006 at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Malvern.
This year's "Reception Speaker" was John J. Brennan , Chairman and CEO of The Vanguard Group. Mr. Brennan will speak about the how the Philadelphia Region will become one of the nation's top business locations by 2010.
This annual event honors area professionals and companies for their unique professional performance and outstanding contributions to the business community-locally, nationally and internationally. The categories for this year were Businessman and Businesswoman of the Year, Small Business of the Year and Non- Profit of the Year. The criteria for each award differs but all were selected based on outstanding accomplishment and community involvement.
Special recognition was given to Baker Industries of Malvern which is celebrating 25 years of service, Baker Industries is one of the leading fulfillment and outsourcing companies in the Delaware Valley.
